Located in the parish of Baión, it has 22 hectares of vineyards of the Albariño variety. The architectural complex stands out due to the following elements: the pazo (old manor house, dating from the 15^th century), the dairy (where different types of events are held), the old wine cellar, as well as the traditional dovecote and granary. This winery was integrated into the Condes de Albarei project in 2008, resulting in a thorough renovation of its facilities to turn it into a wine tourism venue of interest.

Pazo Baión features various packs of wine tourism experiences. Aimed at a minimum group of two people, its options range from guided tours with tasting of two wines, to more extensive activities. Activities must be booked in advance. For more information, see its website.
