Monte Lobeira is the most popular peak in Vilanova de Arousa. If you like trekking or mountain biking, the official PR-G-126 route will take you through the beautiful landscape between the viewpoints of Faro das Lúas and Cruz de Lobeira. It is an easy, 5-kilometre route with a minimum altitude of 92 metres and a maximum of 267 metres.

The starting point is the area of the parish church of András, where you start your journey along various forest trails. From here you will ascend to the Faro das Lúas Viewpoint and then continue to the Cruz de Lobeira Viewpoint. This itinerary will enable you to enjoy an activity surrounded by nature, ending with spectacular panoramic views of the Ría de Arousa and Val do Salnés.
